Terms and Conditions

Time of admission: 2 p.m. Departure Time: 12 p.m.

Revenues will be allowed before the established time, as long as the room is available. If the guest (s) enter at breakfast time, they may take it at an additional fee of $ 8 per person.

In case of departures after the established time the following charges will be made: 20% until 2p.m. 50% until 5 p.m. after this time the room is charged in full.

Transportation to / from the airport is a complementary service, subject to availability. The transportation schedule to / from the airport will be from 5:00 a.m. until 11 p.m.

The hours of the reception are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, if a guest needs to leave or arrive before these hours must communicate in advance to coordinate your Check in or Check out.

Pets are not accepted

Childrens policies

There is no additional room fee for children under 5 years old. A fee of $ 8 per child between 5 and 12 years old will be charged. This charge is added to the pre-tax rate.

Two children are allowed in double occupancy and one in triple room, does not apply for quadruple room. The additional charge is not taken into account for the commission.

In Hotel Robledal we reject the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents because it is a behavior that harms the fundamental rights of these people and is contrary to the intrinsic objectives of tourism, such as promoting peace, rights human rights, mutual understanding, respect for all peoples and cultures, and sustainable development.

Reservations

Reservations must be guaranteed by a prepayment, deposit or a credit card. The voucher must be sent by email to info@hotelrobledal.com or fax 2438 7074. Reservations without guarantee will be allowed, which will be kept until 4 p.m. of the date of entry of the guests.

For group reservations, the rooms will be blocked once the reservation request is received, however to guarantee the rooms a prepayment will be required at least one calendar month before the day of the groups stay.
